For about a month and a half, I was waking up in the morning with red marks all over me. They would itch like crazy, go away and then reappeared again. This cycle would be repeated every 3 or 4 days. I went to the dermatologist who couldn't figure out what the marks were and gave me a cream for the itching (he thought I had been exposed to dogs who had fleas). I even had these red marks on my face. After one of my friends discovered something had bit her while she was napping, I finally put two and two together and realized I had bedbugs. I was totally embarrassed! I later got angry and realized these disgusting blood-sucking creatures were in my house. I went online and ordered some Drion Dust where I put in the cracks, crevices, behind furniture, etc. and Bedlam Bedbug spray to treat the mattress, boxspring and immediate area.
