When the package came, it was missing a bottle of product and there was another issue with the way it was packaged, but after contacting the seller, they made it right and completely satisfied me. When I run low, I'll buy more form this seller. Basically, boric acid is something that ants and other bugs cant stand. If exposed to it long enough, it'll kill 'em! I use this to keep them away for a while until I can get the more powerful poisons to do the job outside the home. This method worked and worked well. In Florida we have many kinds of ants that constantly build new nests in the lawn and pavement cracks. Shake this very well and puff some of the product down into their nest and watch the ants disappear. It especially works well on fire ants which dont have a specific hole in their nest so shake it liberally on and around their large burrow mound. We own a standard poodle that has had ear fungus problems forever but since I have used this product in his ears that problem has gone away. He shakes his head far less than he used too. A very good dual purpose indoor and outdoor product. Update on the fire ants: Use the boric acid every day on their new hills and in about five days they will be gone-dont disturb the nest, as the ants cant smell the powder they get it on their legs and ingest it when they groom themselves. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful good stuff, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Boric Acid Roach & Ant Killer Kills 6 legged critters in the yard, house and we even have used it on the large dogs when we had a pest infestation. They stopped scratching in 2 days. By the weeks end, no more bugs in the yard or house. Never had to reapply FOR HATCHING EGGS. The bug hatches, finds a small crystal, eats it like candy, and dies from internal hemorrhaging as the crystal cuts them up inside. Use it under cabinets and the roaches will be dead. It's a crystal that lasts "forever" if it stays dry. It's the same thing the 'No Fleas for a Year' companies use in your carpets.Just keep it out of your eyes and lungs when dusting.
