I immediately discovered that the old owners had roaches in the kitchen only (no where else in the condo thankfully). Not a lot, but I would see 1-3 roaches at least every morning and some as well during the day. I took several steps to stop the problem including buying this product. Between this product, the roach bates and a sink stopper (very important since so many get in that way) we have seen almost a complete elimination of the roaches! I went from seeing one in the morning to none over the last week. I took a about a month but I am so happy that the roaches are gone! I really think it is preventing any new roaches from entering and driving the ones we had out.
