This review is from: PEST OFFENSE Electronic Pest Repellant (Electronics) I moved in to my new condo in January 2010. I immediately discovered that the old owners had roaches in the kitchen only (no where else in the condo thankfully). Not a lot, but I would see 1-3 roaches at least every morning and some as well during the day. I took several steps to stop the problem including buying this product. Between this product, the roach bates and a sink stopper (very important since so many get in that way) we have seen almost a complete elimination of the roaches! I went from seeing one in the morning to none over the last week. I took a about a month but I am so happy that the roaches are gone! I really think it is preventing any new roaches from entering and driving the ones we had out. I could not be more pleased with this product and I highly recommend it! I bought this product to rid ticks from my lawn area. I live in Maine in a wooded area and wanted my son to be able to walk on the lawn without getting ticks on him. So far it sees to be working. More then a month a go I sprayed my lawn and 3 feet around it in the brush/wooded area with 4oz per gallon of water or less mixture. Last year I found 3 to 4 ticks on me after mowing the lawn... So this year I wanted to make sure that this wouldn't happen to my son. Doing all my online research I found this product to be the safest around mammals...humans. I am still cautious and will be wearing a mask to stop inhalation while spraying the lawn. I Also make sure a day or two passes before my son and I walk on the lawn. I made sure that we didn't have any lakes close by that water runs off into. We do have a well and found through my research that this product does not seep down deep into the earth. Treated the house last week and was amazed how many bugs this stuff kills. I had to sweep every other day just so I could walk out my front door. I did not follow the dilution instructions though.I filled a two gallon sprayer 1/8 of the way up and the rest water. I was watching a wasp trying to make a nest on a light i treated,two passes and he gave up. He landed in the middle of a side panel I did not treat for a rest and flew off. I treated the house again today just to be thorough.
